So often in the world of rope education, much time is spent on structures and patterns with little attention paid to the psychological states of the top and bottom. Let’s open up the space of verbal interaction, using words, our language and our tone to create deeper impact within our scenes. To be sure, this is an opportunity to explore top vulnerability and to explore altered mindscapes as a couple.
Mindfuckery and verbal skills allow us to open up and engage with fantasy and possible realities that may or may not be permissible in reality but can be made real in the mind’s eye. Within the space of bondage, as the body is bound the imagination can wander endlessly, within this workshop we will work to gain skills in guiding our shared imaginations into the dark.

Baseline Prerequisites
Rigger prerequisites: experience following patterns and building harnesses, proficient upline building and management, confident in rope communication skills, knowledge of safety and risk in rope.
Bottom prerequisites: confident in-rope communication skills, knowledge of safety and risk in rope, confident ability to monitor and communicate signs of nerve compression.
