Asimira is a physiotherapist and pursued this career in part to have a better understanding of the body in ropes, the shoulders especially. Even though she does not feel like she has all the answers she has a solid foundation to look for some of the possible issues and solutions.
In this workshop we will cover:

Anyone can attend this workshop. However, it makes the most sense if you have some experience being tied in or tying TKs.
If you are someone that has been experiencing issues in TKs we would love to hear your individual experience before so we can cater to your individual issues in the best way possible. Please send any issues you have in TKs to our contact form
The workshop can be attended individual or in a couple, if you come alone you will be paired in groups of 2 or 3 for some of the coupled exercises. If you have a regular tying partner that you are tying TKs with a lot it is recommended to come as a couple.
