This open practice session is an opportunity for you to refresh your rope skills with guidance and feedback from Gestalta. You are very welcome to practice ties from previous study groups, from other classes, or things that you are developing yourself.
While there will be no formal demo at the beginning of the class, Gestalta will be available to provide personalised guidance, answer your questions, suggest variations, and ensure that you can build on your pre-existing knowledge in a safe and creative way.
Important Information:
This session does not cover rope basics. Prior experience with tying/being tied, an understanding of the associated risks, and (if you are planning to practice suspension) suspension line management is absolutely required.

The same passes are free to be used at study groups with both Gestalta & Ztella.

Bring your own ropes — about 8 x 8m lengths, plus a few short pieces is recommended. The studio can't lend ropes for suspension purposes.
Bamboo and suspension rings are provided, but if you need carabiners please bring your own.
Please wear comfortable, flexible clothing that is easy to move in.
