So you’ve learnt some basic elements – now what to do with them? This class takes a deep dive into floorwork, from harnesses and shapes, to movement and one rope play. The aim is to help you develop solid technical skills, but also to learn to have fun and express yourself through rope.

Each week we pick a different topic to explore – sometimes it might be a harness pattern, sometimes a body shape, and sometimes a movement or connection exercise.

You are free to come alone or partnered. If you’re coming alone, you are welcome (and encouraged) to partner up with another solo participant if you feel comfortable to do so.

• Ropes will be available at the studio to borrow and to buy.

• Yoga mats are available to sit on. Should you want something extra such as a blanket or cushion, please bring one.

• Please take your shoes off before you come into the main space of the studio.

• Arrive 15 minutes before the class starts to get settled so we can start on time. Please do not arrive earlier than 8pm when the previous class ends.

• The studio is at the back of the courtyard of a residential building. Please be quiet and respectful of the neighbours when arriving and leaving. Please also take care to ensure that the gate is kept closed.

• Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. There is a changing area should you need to use it.

• The studio is right next to U-Bahn Grenzallee, and a short walk away from S-Bahn Neukölln.

Flexible 5 card passes are available for 90€ regular / 75€ low income / 100€ supporter (use any time within 3 months)

Flexible 10 card passes are available for 150€ (use any time within 6 months)

Drop in tickets for single classes must be paid for in advance – if you prefer to pay via bank transfer or paypal rather than using the payment options in the booking system below please contact Gestalta to do so.
The 5 and 10 class passes have the additional option of being registered using the system below, and then paid for in cash at the first class.
