first Wednesday of each month; this month with Ztella
This open practice session is an opportunity for you to refresh your rope skills with guidance and feedback from Gestalta or Ztella. You are very welcome to practice ties from our step 1-3 classes, study groups, or from other classes, or things that you are developing yourself.
While there will be no formal demo at the beginning of the class, Gestalta or Ztella will be available to provide personalised guidance, answer your questions, suggest variations, and ensure that you can build on your pre-existing knowledge in a safe and creative way.
Important Information:
This session welcomes all skill levels, including beginners, for guided practice. We'll provide feedback and guidance as you tie, but won't be teaching or demonstrating ties or harnesses step-by-step.
Prior experience with tying/being tied, an understanding of the associated risks, and (if you are planning to practice suspension) suspension line management is absolutely required.

A flexible 5-class-pass option is available for 140€ (use any time within 3 months).
The same passes are free to be used at study groups and open practices with both Gestalta & Ztella.

Please bring your own ropes – around 8x 8m lengths, plus a few shorter pieces if you plan to do suspension. The studio cannot lend ropes for suspension. Beginners may borrow a rope for floor play during this class.
Bamboo and suspension rings are provided; please bring your own carabiners if needed.
Wear comfortable, flexible clothing that allows for easy movement.
